The Nevada Association of Student Councils strives to ensur e that ther e is constant
and efficient communication between its state boar d and member schools. We ar e
an or ganization that seeks to encour age the gr owth of the individual council and our
or ganization as a whole. We r ecognize that social networ king and video inter face
ar e necessar y tools in or der to spr ead the happenings of our or ganization and its
member schools. The 2011-2012 State Boar d is taking the necessar y steps to make
the Nevada Association of Student Councils into a tr uly technologically advanced
organization.


The following are the outlined steps in which we hope to achieve greater communication
in a technologically mindful way:


State of the Organization Video Address
o At the occurrence of each state board meeting, the officers of state board
are going to work to compile an address that updates member schools on
what is going on in the organization.
-Opening remarks from the president
-Officer Clips
-Charitable Contributions and Council success stories
-Closing with entire board
Monthly “Messages from the President” on the Nevada StuCo website
o This year, in order to make our goal for communication congruent with
our goal to encourage leadership education, the president’s message will
be in relation to a theme of leadership for each respective month.
